Oh boy, our house is now that age. It's seems like just a couple years ago that we built but it's actually been 24.So slowly but surely we've been working on all those age related projects and today was roof replacement day. Complete tear off of house and shed.The crew arrived at around 7am and were completely done and cleaned up by 5pm. Looking for a new roof wasn't as simple as my wife and I thought it would be. We had a few companies come out to give us an estimate. And that's exactly what we got, an estimate. Normally, I'm not one to be picky, but I expect a little bit more than an estimate and a few samples to look at when we are potentially spending $10k+. We gave Nick's Roofing a call and truly felt appreciated the way they do things. Everything was explained very thoroughly by Zach (sales guy), and he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and every single one of our questions were answered. Nick took care of a hail damage claim at my house in Naperville. He helped me file the claim and then met with the insurance adjuster and got my home approved for a new roof, siding and gutters. It was a bit of a process that I had never dealt with before but Nick and his office took care of everything and made it easy for me. The crews that came only took 1 day for each job and cleaned up very well. My homes exterior looks brand new and I have Nick to thank for that. I would recommend Nick and his company to anyone.
